MKS Sdn. Bhd., a trading company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 27th June 1978. The company is principally involved in the marketing and supply of specialised equipment to companies operating in the Oil and Gas industry in Malaysia.

The present authorised share capital is RM3,000,000 comprising 3,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, while the paid-up share capital is RM 1,500,000 comprising 1,500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

Due to our dedication and commitment to the industry, we have established ourselves as one of the leading suppliers to ESSO, SARAWAK SHELL, PETRONAS CARIGALI and the major fabricators in the country.

MKS Sdn. Bhd. is registered with Petroleum Nasional Berhad ("PETRONAS") as a licensed supplier which allows the company to supply to all of the Petronas Profit Sharing contractors and companies operating in the Oil and Gas industry in Malaysia. This license has enable us to represent a number of reputable and established product agencies. The number of principals MKS represents has increased steadily over the years in line with the expansion in its operations.

To enhance its position as a committed and responsible company and one of the the leading suppliers of equipment and services to the oil and gas industry in East Malaysia, MKS has a subsidiary in Miri - MKS (East Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. which began operations in March 1981, and also a branch office in Kemaman, Terengganu.
